How is a 3-d pop up art created? Punch out precut numbered pieces, and remove the double-sided foam lifters from sheets. Then place foam lifters on back of sheets, according to pre-printed numbers. After that, match the location of the precut pieces on the full color poster and place in consecutive order. Decoupage kit includes a shadow box, matting, background poster, pre-cut pieces, doublesided stickers and a beautiful mat frame. Measures 10.5" x 10.5".
