Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in good condition and accompanied by a return authorization number issued by a customer service representative. After the 10 day period a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Customers will be responsible for return freight except in the case of error on the part of Economy Handicrafts. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
